The eight limbs of yoga are growing and thriving in the Western world. Hatha yoga is sometimes translated to mean the yoga of physical movement: it can also be translated to refer to balance. Belly Dance With a Twist
In our dance fusion classes, we explore a blend of traditional belly dance technique with other dance styles, including Bollywood, bhangra, Rajasthani folk dance, contemporary and tribal fusion styles. Classes include warm up and cool down, technique and choreography components.
Fat Chance Belly Dance Style Dance
Pioneered by San Franciso-based dance diva Carolena Nericcio-Bohlman, FCBD style dance draws inspiration from belly dance, North African dance, flamenco and Indian dance formats to offer a multi-layered dance vocabulary that allows dancers to collaborate in improv-style dance, compatible with FCBD style dancers from anywhere in the world.
